Carlene took her last hike alone on the PCT North toward Slate Peak. And she had to bushwhack the last part!
I did it! Yep, not any fear but always mindful of my surroundings and a healthy dose of caution. I had my radio to keep in touch with Lance and Roscoe and a pack that had all the needs for the back country. Yes indeed, I'm very proud of myself.
